Based on the research report from SIA’s Workforce Solutions Buyer Survey 2022, the most favored approach for supplier management among enterprise organizations was the establishment of diverse supplier programs. Approximately 69% of large firms already had a supplier diversity program, while 25% were actively considering implementing such a program within the next two years. Moreover, 59% of large firms had candidate diversity programs, and 36% had plans to implement such programs in the next two years.
