SPECTRAFORCE is committed to social compliance in all aspects of its operations. This policy summarizes SPECTRAFORCE’s minimum standards, along with the basic principles it expects from all its employees, suppliers and contractors. SPECTRAFORCE is committed to ensuring that these standards are effectively implemented and monitored.
SPECTRAFORCE strictly prohibits the use of child labor. All workers must be at least 18 years of age and must be able to provide valid proof of age.
SPECTRAFORCE prohibits all forms of forced, compulsory, bonded, or involuntary labor. Employment is entirely voluntary, and individuals are free to leave employment in accordance with applicable laws and contractual obligations. We do not use forced labor in contracting, subcontracting, or other relationships in our products and services.
SPECTRAFORCE has zero tolerance for modern slavery, human trafficking, forced labor, or any form of involuntary or exploitative labor within our operations and supply chain. We expect the same standards from all employees, contractors, and business partners.
SPECTRAFORCE maintains a strict no-fee recruitment policy. Under no circumstances will the company, its employees, agents, or third-party partners charge applicants or employees any fees at any stage of the recruitment, hiring, or employment process.

All employment-related costs required by SPECTRAFORCE will be borne by the company in compliance with applicable laws and regulations which governs compensable time and wage practices, and applicable state wage and hour laws that prohibit improper deductions or shifting business expenses to employees.
Any individual or third party found to be soliciting or accepting fees in connection with employment at SPECTRAFORCE will be subject to disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment or termination of business relationship.
Applicants and employees are encouraged to report any suspected violations of this policy immediately. Reports may be made without fear of retaliation.
SPECTRAFORCE and its clients maintain a clean, safe, and healthy workplace in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and international standards (where applicable). Adequate steps shall be taken to prevent accidents and injury so far as reasonably possible.
We do not permit working hours to exceed applicable laws or industry standards, whichever affords greater protection. When overtime is necessary, we compensate our workers for overtime hours at rates legally required in the country or state location. In those countries where premium overtime rate laws do not exist, workers shall be compensated at a rate at least equal to their regular hourly wage. We also guarantee workers breaks and days off in compliance with applicable law.
We pay at least minimum wage and provide all legally mandated benefits based on requirements in the country or state location.
We respect employees’ rights to freedom of association, to engage in other protected activities and the right to refrain from such activities. Where employees are represented by a legally recognized union, the right to have their chosen representatives have reasonable access to the employees in order to represent them and bargain in good faith with such representatives.
We prohibit discrimination and harassment based on legally protected characteristics in all aspects of employment, including the recruitment, hiring, placement, training, compensation, treatment and advancement of employees.
Employees and applicants shall not be subjected to harassment, intimidation, threats, coercion, or other forms of retaliation because they have engaged in, or may engage in, any conduct protected by applicable law. We strictly prohibit retaliation against any individual who raises a concern or participates in a good faith investigation.
SPECTRAFORCE prohibits all forms of abusive, inhumane, or degrading treatment, including physical punishment, harassment, intimidation, or verbal abuse. All disciplinary actions must be recorded and fair, proportionate and fully compliant with local laws. Suppliers and contractors will ensure access to confidential means of reporting inhumane treatment and workplace grievances.
SPECTRAFORCE is committed to conducting business ethically and in compliance with all applicable anti-bribery, anti-corruption, and anti-money laundering laws. We prohibit offering, soliciting, or accepting anything of value to improperly influence business decisions or obtain an unfair advantage, including in dealings with government officials. We also prohibit favoritism or conflicts of interest, including nepotism, that could compromise fair and objective decision-making.
We encourage employees, contractors, and third parties to raise any concerns related to unethical conduct, including but not limited to violations of this Social Compliance Policy, unsafe working conditions, discrimination, harassment, or any form of forced or exploitative labor.
Concerns can be reported confidentially via our ethics reporting channel at ethics@spectraforce.com. All reports are treated seriously, handled as confidentially as possible, and investigated promptly in accordance with internal procedures.
We strictly prohibit retaliation against any individual who raises a concern in good faith or participates in an investigation. Retaliation of any kind will not be tolerated.
All suppliers, contractors, sub-contractors, and other third parties are expected to adhere to the standards laid out in this policy. SPECTRAFORCE reserves the right to conduct audits, monitoring, and implement corrective actions where necessary to ensure compliance with these standards.
