SPECTRAFORCE Named a Star Performer and Major Contender in Everest Group’s US IT Contingent Talent and Strategic Solutions PEAK Matrix® Assessment 2026

Recognition highlights SPECTRAFORCE's strong year-over-year momentum in delivering contingent talent and strategic workforce solutions to US enterprises.

Raleigh, North Carolina – October 22, 2026 – SPECTRAFORCE, a global talent and workforce solutions firm, today announced that it has been positioned as a Major Contender and recognized as a Star Performer in Everest Group’s US IT Contingent Talent and Strategic Solutions PEAK Matrix® Assessment 2026.

The assessment evaluated 31 service providers based on two dimensions: vision and capability, and market impact. SPECTRAFORCE was one of only five providers to receive the Star Performer designation, which recognizes the strongest year-over-year movement on the PEAK Matrix®.

Everest Group’s PEAK Matrix® is used by enterprises to assess and compare service providers. The 2026assessment drew on Everest Group’s proprietary Transaction Intelligence (TI) database, public disclosures, buyer interactions, and inputs from participating providers.

SPECTRAFORCE’s Star Performer recognition reflects its continued progress in delivering specialized talent, technology-enabled solutions, and strategic workforce partnerships to enterprise clients.

“Being named a Star Performer in this year’s Everest Group PEAK Matrix® Assessment is a proud moment for SPECTRAFORCE,” said Amit Singh, CEO, SPECTRAFORCE. “It reflects the trust our clients place in us and the work our teams do every day to help them access the talent and solutions they need. As workforce needs evolve, we remain focused on strengthening our capabilities, investing in technology and finding better ways to deliver for our clients.”

“SPECTRAFORCE has emerged as a Star Performer and Major Contender in the IT assessment and a Major Contender in both the Engineering and Business and Professionals assessments on Everest Group’s US Contingent Talent and Strategic Solutions PEAK Matrix® Assessment 2026. Its specialized talent sourcing capabilities across the breadth of skills, investments in AI-enabled recruitment and workforce transformation, proprietary platforms such as Leoforce and SpectraNet, and expanding human–AI operating model have strengthened its ability to support enterprises’ evolving talent requirements across all three segments,” said Priyanka Mitra, Vice President, Everest Group.

SPECTRAFORCE will continue to invest in AI and automation, specialized talent pools, delivery excellence and expansion of strategic solutions. The focus remains on helping clients access the right talent through workforce models that can scale with their needs.

Frequently Asked Questions

What has SPECTRAFORCE been recognized for?

Everest Group positioned SPECTRAFORCE as a Major Contender and Star Performer in its US IT Contingent Talent and Strategic Solutions PEAK Matrix® Assessment 2026. SPECTRAFORCE was also positioned as a Major Contender in the US Engineering and US Business and Professionals assessments.
Star Performers are providers that show the strongest year-over-year movement on the PEAK Matrix. SPECTRAFORCE earned this distinction in the IT assessment.
It is an independent, third-party view of SPECTRAFORCE’s momentum in a competitive IT talent market. In the IT assessment, Everest evaluated 31 providers, and only a small group received the Star Performer designation.
Everest defines three categories: Leaders, Major Contenders and Aspirants. Everest states that the PEAK Matrix highlights best-in-class providers and that many assessed providers do not appear on it at all, so being included is itself a favorable outcome. Major Contenders are generally described as having strong expertise in traditional IT skills and still building depth in next-generation skills and managed services.
It is Everest’s proprietary framework for comparing service providers. Providers are positioned on two dimensions:

  • Vision and capability: vision and strategy, scope of services, innovation and investments, and delivery footprint.
  • Market impact: market adoption, portfolio mix, and value delivered to clients.
Everest combined its proprietary Transaction Intelligence database, providers’ public disclosures and buyer interactions with inputs from participating providers. Everest says it uses a fact-based approach, validated through market experience and provider briefings.
Three: IT (application, data, automation, infrastructure and emerging technology services), Engineering, and Business and Professionals (such as finance and accounting, HR, legal, office/clerical and contact center). The assessments covered 31, 24 and 27 providers respectively.
It reflects SPECTRAFORCE’s continued progress in the areas buyers prioritize: access to specialized talent, technology-enabled hiring, workforce insight and flexible delivery.
