401K Retirement Plan (1081.01)
- A 401K (1081.01) plan is a retirement savings plan designed to allow eligible employees to supplement any existing retirement and pension benefits by saving and investing through a voluntary salary contribution. Contributions and any gains on contributions are tax-deferred until the money is withdrawn.
- The annual contribution limit can be between 1% to 100% of your salary, or up to $15,000, whichever is less. Participants who turn 50 or older can contribute an additional $1,500.00.
- Eligibility Criteria:
- -21 years or older.

Christmas Bonus
- As stipulated by Local Labor Legislation. Every employee who works at least 1,350 hours during the 12-month period, from October 1 of the previous year to September 30 of the current year, has the right to receive a christmas bonus. We will pay the christmas bonus as established by law up to a maximum of $600.00, no later than the 15th of December of the current year. As stipulated by Local Labor Legislation employees on their 1 year of service will receive half of the applicable bonus (up to $300)
