Client Overview

Currently, Client is looking for a Treasury Analyst reporting to Sr. Manager Treasury. Treasury Analyst will be responsible for providing treasury activities primarily related to cash flow for Client’s North America activities, oversight of cash management, factoring/securitization cash transactions and administration of the company programs on Company Credit Cards (Travel Cards) and P-Cards. The ideal candidate must be familiar with practical treasury concepts, practices, and procedures, including execution of bank payments (ACH, Wire transfers, checks, etc.) to be successful in this role. The candidate must be focused on details and accuracy with a professional attitude. The Position is located in Tampa, Florida, and full-time requires on-site presence.

Position Overview:
- Prepare, enter and process all daily bank transactions including vendor payments, payroll disbursements, wires, etc.
- Handle daily account funding and cash concentration activities including (cash pooling)
- Prepare daily cash flow forecasting over multiple reporting units and bank accounts.
- Operate treasury and banking systems (e.g. electronic banking systems, credit card systems etc.)
- Ensure adherence to Treasury’s key compliance, documentation, and regulatory reporting requirements following policies, authorizations, procedures, and strong internal controls.
- Administration of the corporate credit card program including data management, user administration, resolving card holder queries and reporting
- Identify cybersecurity and fraud risks within Treasury processes and support mitigation strategies as appropriate.
- Partner with Internal Audit on all internal and external Treasury-department-related audits.
- Calculation and processing of Intercompany settlements & netting
- Support the administration of credit facilities (Letter of credits, etc.)
- Maintain bank account/signers/directors list to assure correct information and approval limits.
- Understand and follow appropriate accounting procedures and processes.
- Oversee and administer company credit card and debit card program, including collections, fees, and related analysis
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Backup for other treasury resources as needed / appropriate
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree is required.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in treasury, finance, or banking is required.
- Experience in treasury department of Manufacturing / Industrial companies is a benefit
- High attention to detail and accuracy,
- Ability to self-review and double check, no error attitude
- Strong sense of urgency and close alignment on priorities with manager
- Willingness and ambition to take ownership and responsibility, eager learner
- Must be able to work with diverse, cross-functional teams across multiple geographies
- Good collaboration and communication with key co-workers and departments
- Ability to adapt to changing work environments
- Flexible team player with ability to prioritize urgent requests and effectively resolve conflicts/disputes with internal and external stakeholders
