HCV Renewals Specialist

As an HCV Renewals Specialist, you will be responsible for managing lease renewals for Section 8 Residents, ensuring compliance with HUD regulations, and maintaining strong relationships with residents and Housing Authorities. You will play a key role in optimizing contract processes, analyzing lease data, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  •  Manage and oversee lease renewal processes for Section 8 Residents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  •  Utilize Excel and systems such as Salesforce and Yardi to track renewal data, update accounts, and view reports.
       •     Communicate with both residents and Housing Authorities to ensure the lease renewal gets fully executed properly.
  •  Act as a liaison between departments to streamline operations and improve workflow.
  •  Fill and analyze a S8 documents to finish the lease renewal, resident and Housing Authority needs.
  •  Perform administrative and analytical tasks as needed, such as month-to-month S8 population, notices to vacate, other HCV resident scenarios that might require analytical thinking.
