Position Summary:
- The Coordinator supports business operations, documentation management, and compliance activities within the Clinical Pharmacology and Safety Sciences (CPS) Central Function Office.
- This role works closely with internal CPS colleagues and enabling functions and may interact with external third-party suppliers to support operational processes, maintain documentation, and help ensure timely and accurate delivery of administrative activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and respond to inquiries received primarily through email, ensuring timely and professional communication.
- Perform a variety of administrative activities in support of business operations, documentation management, and compliance activities, or for a specific project or initiative.
- Maintain departmental tracking spreadsheets, inventories, databases, and systems, including data entry, query, review, editing, and updates.
- Execute document processing activities, including document creation, formatting, routing, and archiving.
- Use various computer systems and tools to support established processes and workflows.
- Follow applicable regulations, internal policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to support operational efficiency and timely completion of deliverables.
Qualification & Experience:
- Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and SharePoint
- Experience working within and maintaining databases is preferred
- Strong administrative, organizational, and multi-tasking skills; demonstrates accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize work and manage deliverables and track timelines
- Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills
- Collaborative, proactive and agile approach to supporting delivery of results
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team while supporting multiple stakeholder groups
- High school diploma required; business school certification or college degree preferred
