Duration - 6+ Months

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced AV Project Specialist with a strong background in enterprise audiovisual implementations and multimedia technologies. This is not a traditional AV support or desktop support role. The successful candidate will have hands-on experience delivering conference room and collaboration technology projects from planning through implementation, testing, commissioning, and project handover.

 

The role requires an individual who can effectively coordinate with internal stakeholders, AV vendors, facilities teams, general contractors, and other building trades to deliver high-quality enterprise AV solutions.

 

Must-Have Experience

• 5+ years of enterprise Audio Visual (AV) and Multimedia experience.
• Proven experience managing or leading AV installation and conference room deployment projects.
• Experience implementing meeting room technologies from planning through installation, testing, commissioning, and operational handover.
• Experience coordinating with AV vendors, electricians, general contractors, facilities, and Corporate Real Estate teams.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, floor plans, wiring diagrams, rack elevations, and installation documentation.
• Experience supporting enterprise conference rooms, executive briefing centers, boardrooms, and collaboration spaces.
• Strong understanding of enterprise AV infrastructure, room integration, and collaboration technologies.

Responsibilities

 

• Lead and coordinate enterprise AV installation and deployment projects.
• Manage conference room technology implementations and refresh initiatives.
• Coordinate project activities with vendors, contractors, facilities teams, and internal stakeholders.
• Review construction drawings and installation documentation to support successful project execution.
• Oversee AV equipment installation, integration, testing, commissioning, and operational readiness.
• Ensure projects are delivered on schedule while maintaining enterprise AV standards and quality.
• Troubleshoot complex AV issues during deployment and implementation.
• Support executive conference rooms and high-profile meeting environments as required.
