Job Title: Warehouse Mover

Description
Shift: B & C Shift (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
Pay Rate: $26.95
As an ICM1, you will manage the receipt, control, and movement of raw and packaging materials using powered industrial trucks (PIT) and inventory systems. This role plays a key part in maintaining inventory accuracy and supporting production operations.
Key Responsibilities
• Perform daily inventory reconciliation to ensure stock accuracy
• Monitor material status, including near-expiry, quarantine, and system tracking
• Replenish materials to maintain optimal inventory levels
• Operate ERP systems (SAP/WMS) to manage inventory movement
• Safely operate powered industrial trucks (PIT)
• Ensure materials issued to production are clean, labeled, and compliant
• Dispose of rejected materials according to procedures
• Track and maintain warehouse equipment compliance
• Input accurate data for receiving, inspection, and issuance processes
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within warehouse operations
• Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant work environment
• Follow all company policies, SOPs, and EHS guidelines
• Maintain strong attendance, conduct, and safety standards
• Continue skill development toward ICM Level 2
Basic Qualifications
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Basic math skills
• Ability to read and write in English
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Flexibility to work extended hours as needed
Preferred Qualifications
• 1+ year of experience in a fast-paced warehouse or manufacturing environment (cGMP preferred)
• Experience with SAP, WMS, or ERP systems
• PIT (forklift) certification or experience
• Inventory control and/or shipping & receiving background
• Familiarity with FDA-regulated environments
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Knowledge of Lean/continuous improvement processes
