Job Title: Warehouse Associate II
Location: Wilmington, MA
Duration: 6 months with possible extension
Shift: Day shift (40 hrs/week)

Key Responsibilities
- Perform general labor duties including loading, unloading, and moving materials and equipment
- Assist with facility setup, breakdown, and rearrangement of workspaces as needed
- Conduct routine cleaning and maintenance of interior and exterior facility areas
- Remove trash, debris, and recyclable materials from designated areas
- Assist with minor repairs and maintenance tasks (painting, patching, fixture replacement)
- Operate basic hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
- Support groundskeeping tasks including snow removal, landscaping, and parking lot upkeep
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines while performing duties
- Report any facility hazards, damages, or maintenance needs to the supervisor
- Assist skilled tradespeople (electricians, plumbers, HVAC technicians) as directed
- Receive and distribute deliveries and supplies throughout the facility
