User Experience Designer IV

Job Title: User Experience Designer IV
Location: Hawthorne, CA
Duration: 6 months


Scope of this role – oversees and produces creative email and In-app experience, work with digital marketing in CAN, US, and Mexico
This person needs to be a senior who can give direction, create manually. Work is reviewing AI, suggesting improvements and QA perspective on this role to produce high level output.
 
Candidate Requirements:

• AI fluency and Figma fluency
• Digital media design with a focus on email and CXE (Strong foundation of both UX and Visual Design)
• Marketing Campaign Expertise from concept through delivery and execution.

 
Nice to Haves:

• Stakeholder Management
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Self-management of time, project management, and prioritization.
• Experience supporting product launches, and experience marketing hardware and software products.
• Specific examples of desirable candidate backgrounds mentioned include experience at smart security brands, wearable tech companies, or similar organizations where both physical devices and in-app/software experiences must be marketed together
