D2A / Champs Workflow Coordination

  • CCAT approval → D2A → Champs → Final approval → Print
  • Ensure all deliverables entering Champs are accurate, complete, and

Drive decisions quickly to avoid delays in execution

Coordination Across Agencies & Internal Teams
Serve as central coordination point across:
  • Agencies (Elmwood, Marks, Grit & Pearl, others)
  • Commercial teams
  • Design stakeholders

schedule)
Daily Agency Standup Mtgs to review progress and/or feedback
Weekly consolidated design review outputs & decisions with internal
stakeholders
Issue & change log (with resolution tracking)
Process improvement recommendations / playbook

Critical Success Metrics
Reduction in design iteration cycles
On-time delivery of artwork aligned to production timelines
Clear SKU-level visibility and control
Reduced rework and improved first-pass approval quality
Stabilized and predictable D2A / Champs throughput

Ideal Profile
Strong hands-on PM with execution rigor (not just strategic oversight)
Experience in artwork / packaging / design workflows
Comfortable operating in high-volume SKU environments
Detail-oriented with strong tracking, organization, and follow-up discipline
Able to navigate ambiguity and evolving processes

Timing & Urgency
Target onboarding aligned to mid/late May transition (by ~May 22 contract
timing)
Immediate priority: maintain momentum while addressing D2A resource gap
and execution pressure
