Job Title – UiPath Developer 
Location – Charlotte, NC (3 days office)
Duration – 6+ Months
 
Job Description:
Owns the stability, scalability, and reliability of UiPath automation platforms across cloud and hybrid environments. Ensures infrastructure readiness, high availability, and operational excellence for enterprise automation workloads.
 
Required Qualifications
  • Strong hands-on experience with UiPath Automation Cloud / Orchestrator.
  • Expertise in cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP), server management, and reliability engineering.
  • Experience with Kubernetes/Docker and enterprise monitoring tools.
  • Working knowledge of C#/.NET, Python, and SQL for troubleshooting.
  • Strong incident management and cross-team collaboration skills.

1) UiPath products deployment experience on-perm and cloud
2) UiPath platform management
3) UiPath platform integration with other enterprise platforms& solutions
4) Custom library creation and management
 
Key Responsibilities
Automation Platform Engineering
  • Install, configure, and administer UiPath Automation Cloud and hybrid/on?prem components.
  • Manage Orchestrator, Maestro, Test Suite, Automation Hub, Insights, and Agentic AI integrations.
  • Lead platform upgrades, migrations, patching cycles, and performance tuning.
  • Conduct platform readiness assessments and capacity planning for new workloads.
  • Serve as Tier?3 escalation for platform issues and drive root?cause analysis.
Infrastructure & Reliability Engineering
  • Provision and manage servers, environments, and infrastructure services.
  • Design cloud-ready and hybrid architectures supporting automation and AI workloads.
  • Implement HA/DR strategies, scalability patterns, and SLA-backed monitoring.
  • Operate containerized services using Docker/Kubernetes where applicable.
  • Build observability dashboards (Grafana, Splunk, ELK) for uptime and performance.
Security & Compliance
  • Enforce platform hardening, encryption, and least?privilege access.
  • Remediate vulnerabilities and ensure audit readiness.
  • Maintain logging, identity protection, and operational risk controls.
