Job Title: Technical Program Manager
Duration: 12 months (with potential extension based on program needs)
Location: Onsite 5 days in Menlo Park, CA
Travel: ~50%, mainly within the US region
Summary:

• We are seeking an experienced Technical Deployment Lead (Contingent Worker) to provide senior-level coordination and delivery stewardship across a portfolio of collaboration-technology initiatives spanning multiple global sites.
• Rather than executing a single deployment, this role operates as the connective layer across several concurrent programs — maintaining a consolidated view of progress, surfacing risks early, and keeping complex, interdependent, multi-site initiatives aligned and moving. It suits a seasoned operator who is comfortable working at pace across regions and time zones, bringing structure to large programs and communicating clearly and credibly with senior stakeholders.

Top 3 must-have HARD skills:  

• 6+ years in program coordination / technical program delivery, including experience across multiple concurrent, multi-site or global programs
• Proven ability to bring structure and momentum to large, interdependent initiatives with competing priorities
• Strong cross-functional coordination experience at a senior stakeholder level
• Excellent written and verbal communication — able to brief senior stakeholders clearly and concisely
• Working familiarity with AV/VC and collaboration technology (enough to coordinate delivery credibly): conference room and eventspace equipment
• Comfortable operating across time zones - (US time zones — Pacific primary, with East/Central coverage)
• Comfortable working with event and production space technology

Good to have skills:     

• Background in enterprise AV/IT or collaboration-technology program environments
• Experience coordinating large, multi-site or multi-partner programs Familiarity with client's collaboration technology stack or equivalent enterprise platforms
• Knowledge of event production environments (broadcast, live events, studio operations)

About the Team:

• The Collaboration Programs team delivers seamless collaboration experiences across client's global offices — designing, deploying, and maintaining the video conferencing, production, and collaboration technology that powers how client communicates, from executive boardrooms to all-hands event spaces. This role sits within the regional deployment operations function, working across programs across the US region.

Key Responsibilities:
Cross-Program Coordination (portfolio-level)

• Maintain a consolidated, cross-program view of status, milestones, dependencies, and risk across multiple concurrent global initiatives, keeping senior stakeholders informed
• Provide senior stakeholders with clear, current visibility of overall program health across the portfolio Coordinate alignment across programs so schedules, dependencies, and hand-off points are clearly defined and tracked

Cross-Functional & Stakeholder Coordination

• Drive alignment across facilities, IT, security, workplace services, and delivery partners so dependencies are visible and managed
• Establish and run the right cadences (stand-ups, reviews) across active programs
• Serve as the senior coordination point across workstreams, proactively resolving schedule conflicts and dependency blockers
• Risk, Status & Reporting Track and report program health, risks, and blockers across the portfolio; escalate early with recommended options
• Produce consolidated reporting that rolls multiple programs into a single view for leadership Production &

Event Space Programs

• Coordinate readiness across specialty production spaces, event venues, and broadcast environments
• Ensure operational-readiness milestones are tracked and met ahead of handover to production teams
• Hands-On Delivery Support Roll up sleeves on active deployments where needed — supporting procurement workflows (PO creation and tracking) and verifying equipment delivery against plan
• Maintain BOM accuracy and deployment records (site inventories, commissioning documentation)
• Participate in commissioning, readiness testing, and sign-off of completed spaces Interpret and mark-up deployment drawings (AutoCAD/Bluebeam) to convey design intent to vendors and trades where required
• Standards & Continuity Help ensure programs run to client's quality standards; support the refinement of playbooks and SOPs; contribute to post-program reviews
