Technical Delivery Lead
Auburn Hills, MI (Hybrid - 3 days onsite per week)

Job Description:
  • Strong program/project management skills, with experience in organizing, planning, and executing large scale projects from vision through implementation, involving internal personnel, contractors, and vendors.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting Portfolio Planning process including program definition and scoping, estimating, and planning new initiatives.
  • Technical knowledge with hands-on experience, managing application development.
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills, with an ability to express complex technical concepts in business terms.
  • Demonstrating leadership skills and possessing a track record of managing technical staff and financial resources through various life-cycle phases (cross-functional experience highly desirable).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills; ability to communicate and persuade at all management levels and thrive in a cross-functional environment.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, and escalate issues to senior management as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards are followed by projects w/n the program.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors as needed.
  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting of project progress and status to stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of best practices, processes, and tools to improve program and project management across the organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to mentor less experienced team members.
Required Skills:
  • Experience in Effective Application Development Project Implementation / Deployment strategies with a customer base distributed throughout the world.
  • Experience in highly parallel work environments with projects utilizing iterative, agile, and waterfall approaches to achieve their objectives.
  • Experience in both business transformation and information technology projects is required.
  • Experience with project management tools and methodologies.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
  • Ability to stay organized and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
