Job Summary
We are seeking a seasoned Technical Business Analyst with 8–10 years of experience supporting mainframe-based business operations, process optimization, and functional requirements delivery.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing current business processes, identifying gaps and modernization opportunities, and translating business needs into clear and actionable business requirements, user stories, process flows, and use cases.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze existing business processes and identify gaps, inefficiencies, and modernization opportunities.
• Gather, document, and manage functional and business requirements.
• Translate business needs into:
  • Business and functional requirements
  • User stories
  • Process flows
  • Use cases
• Collaborate with business, operations, development, and QA teams throughout the SDLC.
• Support solution validation and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Conduct impact analysis for process and system changes.
• Ensure solutions align with business and non-functional requirements.
• Support backlog refinement and prioritization.
• Perform root cause analysis and support issue resolution.
• Prepare and maintain reports, process documentation, and other project artifacts.
• Support knowledge transfer and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure adherence to internal controls and data protection standards.

Technical Environment
The candidate should have hands-on understanding of mainframe environments, including:

• JCL
• COBOL
• SQL
• Mainframe utilities
• SDLC processes and concepts
