Job description
Our client is a HUBZone-certified, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) headquartered in Fredericksburg, Virginia. We provide mission-critical support in intelligence, IT, cybersecurity, training, and language and cultural services to U.S. Government customers worldwide.
 
Essential Job Functions:
  • Conduct all-source analysis of foreign military capabilities and complex target systems.
  • Analyze systems, networks, dependencies, vulnerabilities, and operational capabilities.
  • Collaborate with multiple intelligence agencies and organizations to develop assessments and build analytic consensus.
  • Produce and present detailed intelligence assessments, reports, and briefings.
  • Apply structured analytic techniques and established Intelligence Community tradecraft.
  • Support targeting and operational planning requirements.
Required Skills: 
  • Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.
  • Active DoD Top Secret Security Clearance required.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as an all-source military capabilities analyst.
  • Experience analyzing and breaking down complex systems.
  • Experience collaborating across multiple intelligence agencies or organizations.
  • Experience producing and presenting long-form intelligence products.
  • Strong knowledge of analytic tradecraft, critical thinking, and structured analysis.
 
Desired Skills: 
  • Experience as a Target System Analyst or Targeting Analyst.
  • Experience analyzing military capabilities within the European Theater.
  • Knowledge of the Joint Targeting Cycle and Joint Planning Process.
  • Master's degree.
