Talent Advisor - Senior

Job Title – Talent Advisor, Sr.
Duration – 6 months
Location – Westlake, TX 76262 (4 days onsite and 5^th day remote. Candidate can pick their remote day)

Note: Ability to work in one of the stated office location, 4 days a week and the 5th day is remote.
 
Job Description:

• This role will support hiring in our Service and Operations organizations (volume recruitment)
• Responsible for recruiting and building talent acquisitions strategies, processes and capabilities supporting company's business verticals.
• Conducting resume reviews and phone screening to assess and recommend top talent for our client facing roles.
• Extend offers, work through the background checking process, and align with hiring managers.
• Must have proven recruiting experience (6+ years) Ability to work high volume requisitions and niche one-off requisitions.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, superior telephone and interpersonal communication skills, and a deep understanding of the labor markets and talent pools.
• Superior negotiating skills. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and requisitions in a fast-paced environment with a high sense of initiative and accountability.
• Strong MS Word, Excel and Outlook experience and experience with applicant tracking systems (iCIMS preferred)
• Prior experience in the financial services industry a plus.

Experience: Required

• At least 6 years of recruiting experience.
• Ability to handle up to 25 unique requisitions.
• Prior experience recruiting across multiple geographies

Education: Preferred Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
