The Talent Acquisition Partner is a critical, high-impact role responsible for driving the end-to-end recruiting process for assigned business units.
You will be a strategic partner to our hiring managers, a brand ambassador to external talent, and a champion of inclusion within our hiring practices. Your efforts will directly contribute to building the world-class teams that create and deliver our life-saving technology.

Full-Cycle Recruitment Execution
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, extending offers, and closing candidates.
- Identify, engage, and assess active and passive candidates using a variety of sourcing techniques (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Applicant Tracking System data, industry conferences, and networking).
- Ensure a high-touch, world-class candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding.
- Negotiate complex offers, managing candidate expectations and ensuring alignment with internal compensation policies.
- Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing market intelligence, compensation data, and guidance on recruiting best practices.
- Lead intake meetings to develop a deep understanding of the role, business unit objectives, and ideal candidate profile.
- Develop and execute strategic, innovative, and cost-effective sourcing plans to pipeline diverse talent for both immediate and future needs.
- Maintain accurate and timely reporting and candidate data in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), Workday.
- Ensure all recruitment activities are in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as the client’s internal policies and procedures.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for the Global Talent Acquisition function.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably in a corporate/in-house environment.
- Experience recruiting for a range of technical and/or corporate roles (e.g., Software Engineering, Hardware/Electrical Engineering, IT, Sales, Finance, Product Management).
- Proven ability to utilize and master an Applicant Tracking System (Workday preferred) and other recruiting technology.
- Experience recruiting within the technology, public safety, or telecommunications industries.
- Prior experience working in a global or matrixed organizational structure.
- A strong understanding of OFCCP and EEO compliance.
- Certification in an assessment tool (e.g., behavioral interviewing, competency modeling).
- Experience leveraging data and metrics to track performance and inform recruiting strategy.
- Proficient in leveraging AI-driven recruitment technologies and sourcing automation tools to streamline candidate identification, outreach, and workflow efficiency.
