Job Title: Supply Planner   
Location: Seattle, Washington, 98134
Duration: 8 months Assignment
Shift/Hours: 40hours/week, M to F
Note:
 Preference for local to SSC, but will consider highly qualified remote candidates.
 
Summary:
  • Developing tactical and strategic supply plans, and establishing inventory levels for assigned production materials or finished goods to achieve customer service, supply chain and financial objectives.
  • Ensure that the right product is in the right place at the right time in the right quantities to meet customer demand.
Team culture/work environment:
  • Diverse team of supply planners that work with a variety of suppliers.
  • Ensures right product at the right location.
  • Supporting Licensed store.
Key projects:
  • Will mainly focus on cups (ensure network and supply is balanced, risk management, light reporting).
  • Day to day exception work.
Daily Responsibilities:
  • Review exception reports (risks, shortages, late deliveries, expectations being met) and working to resolve those issues.
  • Will collaborate and communicate as needed.
  • Will work with a variety of systems.
  • Looking into details and identifying, resolving, or escalating any issues they come across.
  • Mostly heads down, light on meetings.
Technology requirements:
  • Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Smartsheet’s.
  • ERP Systems, specifically for planning.
  • Excel (Medium-advance, standard formulas, v-lookups, visual basics, comfortable interpreting data).
  • Can pick up on business applications.
Degree or certifications required:
  • Degree preferred (BA in relevant field, business/supply chain) but open to just experience.
Years experience:
  • 2-4 years of exp
Required background & Skills:
  • Analytics.
  • Problem Solving.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Strong communication (written, verbal).
  • Self-Sufficient, ability to work autonomously.
  • Efficient and proactive.
  • Supply chain background.
  • Desire to grow.
  • Aligns with clients culture.
Nice-to-Haves:
  • Tableau.
  • SQL.
  • Advance analytic capabilities (ability to build models in the more advanced tooling systems).
  • Has worked in fast paced environment (med-large companies).
