Schedule:  7am – 3pm M-F, Flexible hours can be 9am-5pm or 8am-4pm


Job Description:
The Returns Analyst manages the overall aftersales parts return process for company's vast dealer / service network. This role requires strong attention to detail and effective time management to ensure timely processing of returns. This role will interact with a number of cross-functional teams including our dealer network, PDC operations and field personnel to resolve any issues that may arise in order to process a return. A sense of curiosity and focus on continuous improvement will help identify future opportunities to improve the customer experience and financial performance for company and our dealers.

Overview:
The Returns Analyst manages the overall aftersales parts return process for company’s dealer and service network. This role requires strong attention to detail, effective time management, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure timely and accurate processing of returns.

The Returns Analyst works closely with dealers, Parts Distribution Center (PDC) operations, and company field personnel to resolve issues and improve the returns process. A strong sense of curiosity and continuous improvement mindset will help drive enhancements in customer experience and financial performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the end-to-end parts returns process for company's dealer network
  • Coordinate cross-functionally to ensure accurate and timely return processing
  • Develop and maintain standard work instructions and process documentation
  • Respond to returns inquiries and resolve processing issues
  • Support internal and external training related to returns processing
  • Analyze returns data to identify trends and improvement opportunities
  • Participate in and lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on customer experience and operational performance
Required Qualifications:
  • bachelor’s degree in business or sciences - required, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
  • 0–2 years of relevant experience preferred, or 4 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
  • Supply Chain experience – analytics – experience in returns – excel and Microsoft most important  - cross functional experience, customer service experience
  • Experience in a supply chain, logistics, or operations-related function
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is a MUST
  • Must be comfortable being a decision maker and will have autonomy to make decisions

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience or training in Lean principles, waste elimination, and continuous improvement methodologies
  • SAP experience preferred
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting
  • Requires a basic understanding of industry practices, procedures, and operational processes
  • Works within established procedures to analyze information and resolve routine issues
  • Responsible for meeting objectives and deadlines in a structured work environment 
  • Best – Microsoft experience, cross functional experience/ customer service – good written communication is a must
