Job Title - Supplier Quality Engineer III

Summary:
Manage regional supplier quality and delivery performance to support Client's manufacturing operations. Lead preventive, proactive, and reactive supplier performance initiatives to ensure suppliers meet Client's requirements for quality, delivery, capacity, and operational excellence. Serve as the key liaison between suppliers and cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement, risk mitigation, and successful product launches.

Serve as the key liaison between suppliers and cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement, risk mitigation, and successful product launches.
Job Responsibilities:
- Qualify and develop suppliers to ensure successful product launches and stable production.
- Lead APQP, PPAP, supplier performance reviews, and escalation activities to improve quality and delivery performance.
- Assess supplier capabilities, capacity constraints, and operational risks, implementing corrective and preventive actions as needed.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, supplier audits, SAT reviews, and long-term supplier development strategies.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Procurement, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and suppliers to resolve performance issues and support business objectives.
- Monitor supplier compliance with DTNA standards, policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Provide supplier performance reporting, facilitate improvement workshops, and support organizational knowledge development through coaching and mentoring

| Travel Requirements: | Travel to be expected. Domestic travel is required at a minimum of once per month, with frequency currently elevated due to active supplier issues. International travel may also be required — candidates must hold a valid US passport. Travel may occur on weekends or holidays as business needs dictate. |
