Role: Sr. Test Analyst
Location: Hybrid in Des Moines, IA
Duration: 4 Months to start
Job Description:
• Strong Healthcare/Payer domain experience.
• Good understanding of healthcare concepts such as Member, Claims, Benefits, Eligibility, Enrollment, Providers, and Authorizations.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks using Playwright and TypeScript.
• Automate end-to-end business workflows across healthcare member portal applications.
• Develop and execute UI and API automation test scripts using industry-standard design patterns.
• Lead automation strategy, framework enhancements, and test coverage improvements.
• Work closely with Onshore and Offshore QA, Development, and Business teams to ensure timely delivery and quality outcomes.
• Participate in requirement analysis, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and test strategy discussions.
• Execute regression, smoke, integration, and end-to-end testing for application releases.
• Perform cross-browser testing across Chromium, Edge, and Firefox.
• Integrate automation suites with CI/CD pipelines using GitHub
• Analyze test results, investigate failures, and coordinate defect resolution activities.
• Review automation code, enforce coding standards, and mentor junior automation engineers.
• Perform backend data validation using SQL queries and API validation techniques.
• Provide test execution reports, quality metrics, and status updates to stakeholders.
• Strong experience in UI and API test automation.
• Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
