Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

 
  • Managing technical programs from design through release, coordinating across engineering, business, and operations teams, tracking timelines/milestones, resolving blockers, and helping drive GenAI workflow and automation initiatives
     
Must-Have Requirements:

 
  • Technical program management, cross-functional leadership, API integrations, workflow automation, GenAI solutions, project planning, stakeholder communication, and working closely with software engineering teams.
 
Years of experience (if required):
 
  • Looking for 5+ years of TPM/product/program management experience, 7+ years working directly with engineering teams, and 3+ years of software development experience.
     
Nice-to-Have Skills:
 
  • Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules.
  • Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi-million-dollar businesses and reporting to senior leaderships, tracking timelines/milestones, resolving blockers, and helping drive GenAI workflow and automation initiatives
