Job Title: Sr. Site Support Technician
Location: Waterloo, ON (Hybrid, with a rotating schedule of 3 days on a monthly basis)
(Team does a duty schedule for the team for coverage on the service desk)
Duration: 12+ Months with possible conversions
Description
Support onsite and virtual users in a Level 2 IT support role and be our primary person responsible for assisting with the Meeting rooms, Auditorium, Hallway TVs and other AV equipment.
Requierd Skills
Windows, Mac, Android and IOS troubleshooting

AV equipment experience, Crestron
NEAT systems , NUCs
