Job Title: SH&E Administrator
Location: St Paul, MN 55102 (HYBRID)
Duration: 5 Months (Possibility of extension depending upon business requirements and performance)
Shift: 8 am - 5 pm
 
Location Information: The SH&E Administrator will work at our Corporate Headquarters: in St. Paul, MN, hybrid 3 days in office. Parking will be paid by applicant. Work hours are standard business hours, with opportunities for flexibility in the work schedule. The position reports directly to the Safety, Health, and Environmental Manager.

Opportunity Overview
  • Join the Pest Elimination Division as an SH&E Administrator for our Safety, Health & Environmental team. In this role you will support the Safety, Health, and Environmental (SH&E) team through administration of the Dashcam Program and a variety of SH&E operational activities.
  • We seek someone with excellent verbal and written communication skills to drive the proper communication, coordination; and someone who is comfortable working with technology platforms and data; and passionate about promoting a strong safety culture.
 
Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support for the Samsara Dashcam Program by monitoring day-to-day activities on the dashboard, Assist with driver and vehicle assignment validation and dashboard data accuracy.
  • Review and route safety events to appropriate stakeholders for coaching, recognition, investigation, or follow-up.
  • Provide administrative support for SH&E programs, projects, and initiatives.
  • Provide administrative support for safety training and leading indicator recordkeeping.
  • Coordinate safety communications, reminders, announcements, and educational campaigns.
  • Support incident investigation activities by gathering documentation and maintaining records.
 
Basic Qualifications
  • Associate degree in Business Administration, Occupational Safety, Environmental Health, or related field or equivalent experience may be considered.
  • 1+ years of administrative, safety, compliance, fleet, or program coordination experience.
  • Experience managing data, reports, and records.
  • No Immigration Sponsorship Available
 
Preferred Qualification
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Occupational Safety, Environmental Health, or related field
  • 2+ years of administrative, safety, compliance, fleet, or program coordination experience.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
  • Some related experience in the Pest control industry or a field service organization
