Work Schedule: 1st Shift, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Work Arrangement: Onsite
 
Position Summary:

• The Senior Sustaining Quality Engineer leads complex nonconformance (NCR) investigations, CAPA activities, and manufacturing quality improvements to ensure product quality, compliance, and operational excellence.
• This role partners with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues, drive root cause investigations, and implement sustainable corrective actions.

 
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead complex NCR investigations and CAPA activities from initiation through closure.
• Facilitate root cause analysis and develop effective corrective and preventive actions.
• Provide quality engineering support to manufacturing operations and product sustaining activities.
• Support MRB activities, product disposition decisions, and quality event management.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on defect reduction, process improvement, and compliance.
• Analyze quality data and identify trends to prevent recurrence of nonconformances.
• Serve as a technical mentor and subject matter expert for investigations and problem-solving activities.

 
Qualification & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• 5+ years of Quality Engineering experience in a regulated manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated experience leading NCRs, CAPAs, and complex investigations.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality systems, and problem-solving methodologies.
