Senior Scrum Master

Role: Senior Scrum Master

Duration: 6 months

JD:

• Lead and facilitate Agile Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives, ensuring predictable delivery and continuous improvement across teams.
• Manage end-to-end project delivery, including scope, schedule, resource planning, risk management, dependency tracking, and stakeholder communications to ensure successful execution of technology initiatives.
• Identify, assess, and resolve project risks, impediments, and cross-team dependencies that may impact delivery timelines, quality, or business objectives.
• Drive governance, program reporting, and executive-level communication by tracking key Agile and project metrics including Velocity, Sprint Health, Burndown, Release Readiness, Milestone Tracking, Budget Status, and Delivery Forecasts.
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement across business, technology, compliance, risk, and operational teams, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and enterprise standards within banking and financial services environments.
• Coordinate multiple workstreams and distributed teams while managing project plans, release schedules, resource allocation, and delivery commitments across complex enterprise programs.
• Utilize Jira, Confluence, and collaboration platforms to manage backlogs, project roadmaps, sprint execution, reporting, and governance activities.
