Position Title: Senior Project Coordinator
Work Location: 100% onsite in Alameda, CA 94502, Monday through Friday
Assignment Duration: 06 Months
 
The Senior Project Coordinator supports project execution by tracking activities, deadlines, deliverables, risks, and action items across multiple projects. This role serves as a key liaison between project teams and stakeholders, ensuring projects stay on schedule, communication remains effective, and compliance-related initiatives are supported. Responsibilities include maintaining project plans, facilitating follow-ups, preparing status reports and dashboards, coordinating cross-functional communication, and escalating issues when necessary. The projects supported by this role are compliance-related.

Education:
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in Business, Project Management, Information Systems, or a related field.
 
Experience/Requirements:

• 2+ years of project coordination, project management support, or program support experience
• Experience managing multiple projects in a cross-functional environment
• Strong meeting facilitation, stakeholder management, and documentation skills
• Experience tracking schedules, risks, dependencies, and action items
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook)
• Excellent communication, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills
• Experience in a regulated medical device environment (not pharmaceutical)
