Job Title: Senior Cloud Platform Engineer

Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior Cloud Platform Engineer with extensive experience designing, building, and maintaining secure cloud platforms in highly regulated environments. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in AWS, Kubernetes, CI/CD automation, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and cloud security, with experience supporting FedRAMP and government-compliant cloud environments.

Required Qualifications

• 10–14 years of experience in Cloud Infrastructure Engineering.
• Strong hands-on expertise with AWS, Kubernetes, and CI/CD automation.
• Programming experience in Python, Go, and Ruby for platform engineering and automation.
• Experience designing, deploying, and maintaining large-scale cloud and hybrid infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of:
• FedRAMP High
• DoD IL5
• AWS GovCloud
• FIPS compliance
• Experience with API integrations and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) automation.
• Proven ability to build secure, reliable, and highly observable cloud platforms.
• Experience implementing cloud security controls and vulnerability management.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems and regulated cloud environments.
   

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain secure cloud infrastructure and platform services.
• Develop and automate CI/CD pipelines to improve deployment efficiency.
• Build platform automation using Python, Go, and Ruby.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and API-driven automation.
• Ensure cloud platforms meet FedRAMP High, DoD IL5, GovCloud, and FIPS compliance standards.
• Monitor platform health, reliability, and observability.
• Implement vulnerability management processes and cloud security best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to support scalable and secure cloud solutions.

Experience Required

• 10–14 years of relevant Cloud Infrastructure/Platform Engineering experience.
