- Overall 10-12 years of experience in IBM WAS, Apache, Tomcat Administration, Middleware technologies architecture
- Experience in IBM WAS application Installation, Configuration, Support and Troubleshooting skills
- Monitor and maintain WebSphere application server to ensure high availability and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for IBM WebSphere application server.
- Create and maintain documentation for processes, configurations, and procedures.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to manage expectations and deliverables.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and systems.
- ITIL Knowledge, SNOW , Datadog monitoring skills
- Working knowledge of Linux and scripting skills
