Job Summary:
The Senior AI/ML Engineer/Architect for security and generative artificial intelligence will design, implement, and optimize secure AI driven solutions that protect enterprise assets and data. This hybrid role focuses on applying security policies, AI operations practices, and large language model concepts to deliver reliable and compliant platforms. The specialist will work in cross functional teams, using strong communication skills in English to drive secure adoption of advanced AI capabilities.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement secure architectures for AI driven solutions that align with enterprise security policies and regulatory expectations while maintaining system performance and availability
• Develop and refine security controls for generative artificial intelligence platforms to ensure responsible use of data and models across business workflows
• Define and maintain reusable patterns for integrating large language models into applications with a strong emphasis on access control encryption and data privacy
• Evaluate and select security services and tools that strengthen monitoring threat detection and incident response across AI and non-AI workloads
• Configure and improve AI operations pipelines to automate model deployment monitoring and optimization with clear attention to security and reliability
• Collaborate with security governance and risk stakeholders to translate policy requirements into practical technical guardrails for AI powered solutions
• Create and maintain documentation for security designs runbooks and standard operating procedures that support day to day operations of AI platforms
• Partner with product and engineering teams to perform security impact assessments on new features and to recommend remediation actions with clear rationale
• Conduct proof of concept initiatives to validate new security technologies and generative artificial intelligence capabilities that can improve company wide resilience
• Implement robust logging alerting and observability across AI services to enable early detection of anomalies misuse and potential security incidents
• Mentor peers on security by design practices for artificial intelligence and promote ethical use of data and models in line with company values and societal impact
• Coordinate with incident response teams to analyze AI related security events and apply lessons learned to strengthen controls and future solution designs
• Optimize system configurations for hybrid work scenarios ensuring secure connectivity device posture and data protection for distributed team members

 
Qualifications:

• Demonstrate seven to eleven years of experience in technology roles with significant hands on exposure to enterprise security services and operations
• Exhibit strong practical understanding of security policies identity management data protection and threat management in complex environments
• Apply in depth knowledge of security services functional domains such as access management intrusion detection and vulnerability management to real world scenarios
• Show proven experience with security for artificial intelligence platforms including governance model risk management and secure data handling practices
• Use sound understanding of generative artificial intelligence foundations prompt design and model lifecycle management to support secure solution delivery
• Display working proficiency in concepts of large language models including training data considerations inference optimization and risk mitigation strategies

 
Certifications Required:

• Preferred certifications include CISSP
• Certified Cloud Security Professional
• Generative AI or AI Security related certification
