Duration: 3.5 months
Overview
We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to support large-scale agile delivery initiatives for a strategic program at Wells Fargo. The ideal candidate will drive planning, execution, flow optimization, and continuous improvement across multiple teams while fostering agile best practices and delivery excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Facilitate large-scale agile planning events, including BRP, I&A, and monthly planning sessions.
Drive execution by managing delivery commitments, dependencies, risks, and impediments across teams.
Promote continuous delivery, technical excellence, AI tool adoption, and DORA metrics.
Optimize workflow by managing feature backlogs and tracking product area metrics.
Lead process improvements and serve as a key point of contact for workstream implementation.
Coach teams on Agile methodologies, SDLC processes, organizational frameworks, and delivery best practices.
Establish and leverage dashboards to improve predictability and roadmap delivery outcomes.
Required Skills
Proven Scrum Master experience in Agile delivery environments.
Strong facilitation and large-scale planning experience.
Expertise in stakeholder management, risk/dependency management, and Agile coaching.
Experience with Agile metrics, delivery governance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Additional Information
Hybrid work model with 3 days onsite per week in Irving, TX.
End-client equipment provided.
New project requirement supporting enterprise-scale agile transformation.
