Job Description

Job Title: SAP SuccessFactors Integration Specialist
Location: Waterloo, ON or Virtual Canada
Duration: 6 months (possibility of extension)

Overview:
  • Data Management: Manage the replication of core HR data, including employee master data and organizational objects.
  • Monitoring & Support: Monitor and manage data replication requests in the Data Replication Monitor, analyze application logs, and perform root cause analysis for integration errors and recommend permanent solutions.
  • Testing: Coordinate test data setup and perform unit and system integration testing.
  • Documentation & Collaboration: Create detailed functional and technical specification documents, maintain integration guides, and collaborate with HR business partners and IT teams

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Technical Expertise:
    • Deep understanding of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) and its data model as it relates to time-based positions and employee structures, BIB, and SAP HR transactions and tables.
    • Hands-on experience with SAP integration, monitoring, and replication tools such as SRT_MONI, SLG1, ECPAO and PAOC programs
    • Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA integration scenarios, HR Mini Master data, SF-S4 system integration and business impacts (payment and timesheet processes, position hierarchy, org structure, GRC).
  • Experience:
    • Proven experience in SAP HCM and SuccessFactors implementation/integration/BIB projects.
    • Experience with full-cycle data migration, including extraction, transformation, and loading processes.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and technical troubleshooting skills.
    • Strong communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Top Skills:
Strong Understanding of Success factors, SAP HCM and the integration between them, Data replication issue resolution

Ability to work both collaboratively and autonomously.
