Job Title: SAP Functional Architect
Location: On-site- Boston, MA Preferred but open to Remote *travel to Boston is only for one week between June 22nd and June 26th*
Duration: 4 Month Project with possible extension

1. Presentation & Workshop Facilitation – The candidate must be comfortable presenting in front of large groups of business users and driving fit-to-standard workshops.

2. Broad OTC Skillset – Strong hands-on experience across SD and LE (Logistics Execution), with deep knowledge of key integration areas, specifically SD-FICO and SD-MM.

3. Strong LE Background – Logistics Execution expertise is a must-have, not a nice-to-have.

Job Summary:

• As a Principal Functional Architect, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing SAP solutions that enhance business processes.
• With a focus on SAP OTC and related modules, you will ensure seamless integration and functionality across systems. Your expertise will drive innovation and efficiency, contributing to the company’s growth and societal impact

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and implementation of SAP solutions, focusing on Order to Cash processes to optimize business operations.
• Oversee the integration of SAP modules such as SAP Adv Logistics Execution and SAP Serial Number Management to ensure seamless functionality.
• Provide expert guidance on SAP Contracts & Agreements to enhance contractual processes and compliance. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement SAP Material Hierarchy and Advance Pricing strategies that drive business value.
• Develop and maintain SAP Advance Order Management systems to streamline order processing and improve customer satisfaction.
• Facilitate SAP SD Variant Configuration to customize solutions that meet specific business needs.
• Manage SAP EDI / IDOC mapping for OTC to ensure accurate and efficient data exchange between systems. -
• Implement SAP Basic Logistics Execution processes to enhance supply chain efficiency and reduce operational costs.
• Drive SAP Product Allocation strategies to optimize inventory management and meet market demands.
• Oversee SAP MM Batch Management to ensure effective material handling and traceability.
• Enhance SAP Billing and Revenue processes to improve financial accuracy and reporting.
• Integrate SAP SD - COPA - to provide comprehensive profitability analysis and strategic insights. 
• Utilize Generative AI to innovate and improve SAP solutions, driving technological advancement.
• Implement SAP SD - Brazil & LATAM solutions to cater to regional business requirements and compliance.
• Optimize SAP Standard Order to Cash processes to improve transaction efficiency and customer experience.

Qualifications -

• Possess extensive experience in SAP OTC-Basic Information sys and SAP Advanced Order to Cash.
• Demonstrate proficiency in SAP Adv Logistics Execution and SAP Serial Number Management.
• Have strong expertise in SAP Contracts & Agreements and SAP Material Hierarchy.
• Show capability in SAP Advanced Pricing and SAP Advanced Order Management.
• Experience in SAP SD Variant Configuration and SAP EDI / IDOC mapping for OTC is essential.
• Knowledge of SAP Basic Logistics Execution and SAP Product Allocation required.
• Familiarity with SAP MM Batch Management and SAP Billing and Revenue processes is crucial.
• Understanding of SAP SD - COPA integration and Generative AI are beneficial.
• Experience in SAP SD - Brazil & LATAM and SAP Standard Order to Cash is advantageous.
•  Domain experience in Medical Devices, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain preferred.

• Possess a minimum of 12 years of experience in SAP SD and related modules, with a strong focus on Brazil and LATAM regions.
• Demonstrate expertise in SAP Advance Order Management and Pricing to support complex business scenarios. - Have a solid understanding of SAP Contracts and Agreements to ensure compliance and efficiency.
• Experience in SAP Serial Number Management for effective product tracking and lifecycle management.
• Proficiency in SAP Advanced Logistics Execution to enhance supply chain operations.
• Familiarity with SAP OTC-Basic Information systems to support seamless order-to-cash processes.
• Proven track record in deploying SAP Standard Order to Cash solutions for efficient transaction processing. -
• Experience with S/4 HANA Advance Order to Cash projects to leverage advanced technology for business improvement.
• Ability to support S/4HANA Order to Cash initiatives for scalable and robust solutions.
