Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced SAP EWM Functional Lead to support enterprise warehouse and supply chain initiatives within a complex SAP landscape. This role will be responsible for designing, configuring, and optimizing SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) solutions while partnering with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver scalable warehouse capabilities.
 
The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in SAP EWM configuration, warehouse process design, SAP and non-SAP integrations, and cross-functional collaboration across the broader SAP ecosystem.
 
Responsibilities:

• Design, configure, and implement SAP EWM solutions that optimize warehouse operations and support business objectives.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable SAP EWM functional designs and configurations.
• Lead implementation and optimization of key EWM processes, including Labor Management, Slotting, Physical Inventory, and Cartonization.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to integrate SAP EWM with SAP and non-SAP applications.
• Design and support integrations using technologies such as MuleSoft, SAP PI/PO, and Azure API services.
• Develop SAP Personas flavors and scripting solutions to address complex business requirements and improve user experience.
• Create warehouse KPI dashboards and reporting solutions using SAP embedded analytics.
• Develop automation scripts and test scenarios to improve quality and efficiency during functional testing activities.
• Facilitate requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, solution design, testing, training, go-live activities, and post-production support.
• Partner with teams across SAP SD, MM, PP, FI/CO, GTS, and related modules to ensure end-to-end process integration and testing coverage.

Required Qualifications:

• 8+ years of SAP EWM experience in implementation, configuration, and support roles.
• Strong hands-on experience configuring SAP EWM for complex warehouse environments.
• Proven experience implementing Labor Management, Slotting, Physical Inventory, and Cartonization solutions.
• Experience integrating SAP EWM with SAP and non-SAP applications via MuleSoft, SAP PI/PO, Azure API, or similar technologies.
• Strong understanding of warehouse and supply chain business processes.
• Working knowledge of SAP SD, MM, PP, FI/CO, GTS, and related modules.
• Experience leading requirements gathering, solution design workshops, testing, and end-user training.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams in a fast-paced enterprise environment.
