· Strong understanding of Salesforce data modeling, security model, sharing/visibility, performance optimization, and governor limits. · Experience leading technical teams, conducting code reviews, mentoring developers, and managing delivery across agile sprints. · Excellent communication skills and ability to engage both executive stakeholders and hands-on delivery teams.
