Job Title: Recruitment Consultant
Location: Des Moines, IA 50392-0001
Duration: 6 Months
Shift:8 AM to 5 PM (1hr lunch)

Job Description:
Responsibilities:

Act as a recruitment focal point for assigned business units in the execution of talent acquisition strategies that meet business unit and Affirmative Action goals. Provide consultation and tactical delivery of recruitment services for external candidates on nonexempt and exempt level positions up to Executive level.

Required Qualifications:

Must possess the skills needed to drive an aggressive corporate recruitment and placement strategy while acquiring key talent for the organization. Must possess experience in general employment branding, sourcing, selection, interviewing, hiring and onboarding of talent.
Must have excellent organizational, problem-solving, and oral and written communication skills, along with strong decision-making and project management skills. 
Developed analytical and presentation skills required. Must be results oriented. 
Business unit product knowledge strongly desired. Must have the ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality. 
Must demonstrate a strong commitment to achieving HR-Recruitment objectives.
Looking for someone who has full cycle recruiting experience. 4+ YOE needed.
