Shift: M-F 8 AM – 5PM
Responsibilities:
Experience recruiting for technology or specialized skill sets in a competitive talent market
Exposure to modern recruiting tools and platforms (ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, sourcing tools, etc.)
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree Required.
3+ years of recruiting experience, with a strong preference for technical recruiting (e.g., software engineering, cloud, security, or other IT roles)
Proven ability to manage full?cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding
Experience building and executing targeted sourcing strategies to identify and engage passive and active talent
Strong understanding of employment branding and candidate experience, with the ability to effectively represent the organization in the market
Demonstrated ability to partner with hiring leaders to understand talent needs and deliver against hiring goals
Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels
Data-driven mindset with the ability to use metrics and insights to inform recruiting strategies
High level of professionalism and discretion, with the ability to maintain confidentiality
Results-oriented with a strong commitment to meeting hiring goals and recruitment objectives
Familiarity with or ability to quickly learn business unit, technical domains, and talent markets
Willingness to travel as needed (approximately 5%, including occasional overnight travel)
