Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist/Recruiter III
Location: St Paul, MN 55102
Duration: 3+ Months (Possibility of extension depending upon business requirements and performance)
Shift: 8-5
 
Job Responsibilities:
  • Full cycle recruiting for Professional level roles, mainly field sales
  • The main function of a recruiter is to seek out, interview, and screen applicants to fill existing and future job openings and promote career opportunities within an organization.
  • A typical recruiter is responsible for finding new talent to bring to an organization.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with hiring managers to stay abreast of current and future hiring and business needs.
  • Perform searches for qualified candidates according to relevant job criteria, using computer database, networking, Internet recruiting resources, cold calls, media and employee referrals.
  • Interview applicants to obtain information on work history, training, education and job skills.
  • Prepare and maintain employment records.
  • Contact applicants to inform them of employment possibilities, consideration, and selection.
  • Inform potential applicants about facilities, operations, benefits, and job or career opportunities in organizations.
 
Required Skills:
  • Proven experience recruiting in a high volume (20+ open requisitions), corporate or Agency setting
  • Experience building relationships with hiring managers and other hiring team stakeholders
  • Knowledge of an Applicant Tracking System (preferably Workday)
  • Experience negotiating salary with candidates
 
Preferred Skills:
  • Knowledge and experience with Phenom CRM
 
Soft Skills Required:
  • Great communication with hiring stakeholders and in some cases executives.
  • Ability to influence without authority
 
Education/Experience Requirement:
  • 4 years of full cycle recruiting.
 
Education Preferred:
  • Bachelor’s degree
