Recruiter III

Title- Recruiter III 
Location- New York, NY 10285 (Hybrid)
Duration- 6+ months

Description:

• Sources, screens, interviews, makes offers and work directly with Hiring Leaders to provide a top-quality experience for both the leader and the candidates.
• Prefer a minimum 3+ years of experience in the recruitment preferrable corporate recruiting.
• Familiar MS Office required and Oracle Recruitment Cloud is an asset but not required.
• Other candidate ATS and/or CRMs experience can include Taleo, EightFold, Workday, Bullhorn, Success Factors).
• Ability to collaborate and work as part of a team of recruiters and recruitment coordinator and onboarding team.
• Experience recruiting in the financial services, payments, banking, fintech, or similar is preferred.
• Must live within commutable distance to the Client NYC office off Vesey.
• This position is hybrid in the office 3 days a week. Will attend events in the office to support hiring for that location from time to time.
