Position Title: Recruiter II

Work Location: Saint Louis, MO

Assignment Duration: 7 Months

Work Schedule: 8 hours a day, Monday through Friday; start times are fairly flexible, generally between 7:00 AM and 8:30 AM; 2 days onsite per week

Position Summary:
Responsible for the complete recruitment cycle including posting job advertisements, searching the Internet and relevant databases, networking and qualifying candidates. Screens,interviews and registersprospective professionalcandidates.

Background & Context:
Handles recruitment activities while providing professional support to managers and advancing compensation, people development, and equal employment strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the complete recruitment cycle including posting job advertisements, searching the Internet and relevant databases, networking and qualifying candidates.
• Screens,interviews and registersprospective professionalcandidates.
• Submits and reviews candidates with the hiring manager.
• Assists in negotiating salaries and satisfying customer's needs.
• Handles multiple requests simultaneously and provide professional support to managers.
• Able to understand and advance company's compensation, people development, and equal employment strategies.

Qualification & Experience:

• Strong full life cycle recruiting and sourcing experience needed
• Bachelor's degree with 2 years experience in talent sourcing and/or full life cycle recruiting experience.

Working Conditions & Physical Demands:
8 hours a day, Monday through Friday. Start times are fairly flexible. Some on my team start at 7 A.m. start as late as 830. I don't want anybody starting too much later than 830 though. We would have to discuss that if there's a specific reason why somebody would need to.
