The Opportunity:
- The Recruiter is responsible for the complete recruitment process, which encompasses initiating contact, submitting candidates, coordinating interviews, and conducting prepping and debriefing sessions with candidates.
A Glimpse Into Your Day:
Independently analyze job descriptions and requirements to qualify requisitions and managing full-cycle recruitment.
Manage a broader range of requisitions, including mid-level and specialized roles, requiring deeper industry knowledge and stronger evaluation skills.
Source candidates for assigned requisitions, ensuring alignment with client demands.
Continuously explore and implement new sourcing and recruitment techniques to attract and maintain a strong candidate pool.
Conduct interviews, debriefs, and skill testing to assess candidate suitability.
Maintain ongoing communication with candidates to ensure availability for our clients.
Adhere to all standard procedures for recruiting, screening, and placement.
Complete and upload the screening interview guide and dubbed resume to Leoforce.
Prioritize client-referred candidates to ensure timely responses and strengthen client relationships.
Maintain reports on open requisitions, interview logs, and detailed activity records in Leoforce.
Fully understand requisition requirements for assigned business units.
Monitor VMS tools to ensure timely candidate submissions.
Utilize job boards effectively to maximize sourcing efforts.
Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance efficiency.
Demonstrate initiative and problem-solving skills, turning challenges into growth opportunities.
Stay engaged in the temporary staffing industry and align with company objectives.
Maintain and achieve yearly hit ratio goals.
Deliver excellent customer service throughout the employment process, answering inquiries and assessing candidate eligibility.
Prepare candidates for client interviews through detailed coaching and debriefs.
Maintain clear, concise, professional and consistent communication with candidates, colleagues, and up-line leaders.
Provide market insights, including competitor compensation and benefits, to help adjust job requirements.
Demonstrate active listening and effective communication skills.
Seek additional assignments and responsibilities from the Recruitment Supervisor or Client Service Team.
Perform other duties as assigned
Who You Are:
Associate Degree
Minimum of two (2) years of professional experience in recruitment, HR, or a related field.
Proficiency in Excel, Outlook, and other Microsoft Office applications.
Proficient in both English and Spanish, with the ability to effectively communicate and engage with diverse audiences in both languages.
Ability to evaluate and filter candidates effectively.
Demonstrate strong organizational skills, effectively managing multiple tasks and priorities to ensure timely and efficient completion of projects.
Strong attention to detail.
Collaborative team player with a positive attitude.
Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
Staffing or agency experience (preferred).
Recruitment roles experience (preferred).
