Title - Recruiter, Hourly Plant
Location: Delaware Ohio 43015
Duration: 06 Months
Shift : Monday to Friday (8am -6pm)

Key Responsibilities

  • Play a critical role in supporting the growth and transformation of the Services organization.
  • Build Talent Acquisition expertise through strong relationships, effective processes, and technology.
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting activities for assigned requisitions.
  • Partner with HR and business leadership to support hiring needs and organizational objectives.
  • Successfully recruit talent across Services, Engineering, Supply Chain, Marketing, and Sales functions.
  • Foster collaboration and knowledge sharing within the Talent Acquisition and HR teams.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
  • Identify and implement process improvements that enhance value for customers, the team, and the organization while maintaining a consulting and sales-oriented mindset.
  • Approach daily responsibilities with a high level of ethics, accountability, discipline, and ownership.
  • Develop and implement talent programs that support business goals and workforce strategies.

Required Skills

  • Experience in high-volume recruiting or staffing environments preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and projects simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload effectively.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and gain buy-in.
  • Ability to collect, analyze, and present recruiting data and findings to various audiences.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university is required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience at a regional or national level.
  • Experience in both agency (3rd party) and corporate recruiting environments is preferred.
