Job Description/ Responsibilities
- We are a results-driven team that is dedicated to project manage the co-development engagement with Cisco’s top partnerships, called Service Provider Partnerships (SPP) and the Managed Service Providers (MSP) roadmap and annual Global practices for each area.
- We want to be known as a team that is passionate and focused on driving efficiency, optimizing processes, and enhancing business performance by managing critical technology workstreams and ensuring timely project delivery.
- We work with senior leaders and Business Development Managers, utilizing a deep understanding of operational workflows, cross-functional collaboration, and performance management.
- We work across diverse teams—including Customer Experience, Engineering, Product Management, Marketing, Support, Sales, Strategy, Finance, and Legal to achieve operational excellence and deliver impactful projects that advance business objectives and strengthen customer and partnership outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Lead cross-functional projects, ensuring timely execution and alignment with strategic goals.
- Send weekly communication and updates via status reports and dashboards to all designated stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, define project scope, set milestones.
- Track project deliverables, action items, monitor progress against objectives, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Execute and track deliverables, milestones, action items, technical dependencies, risks, and mitigation plans using tools like Monday.com.
- Develop strong working relationships with cross-functional teams to understand and deliver on business goals and priorities.
- Take lead as directed on engagements and follow up with senior program manager.
- Capture lessons learned propose process improvements for future project success.
- Facilitate project meetings and ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Enforce governance models with internal stakeholders including required weekly reviews and monthly communications.
- Prepare and present regular operational reports, and business reviews for leadership and stakeholders.
- Coordinate agendas and lead meetings to ensure effective project management and collaboration.
- Engage with technical support teams as needed for rapid and effective resolution of operational issues.
- Build and maintain key customer and stakeholder relationships facilitating best-in-class customer experience.
- Support and implement operational strategies to streamline business processes and improve efficiency.
- Drive adoption of new processes, tools, and systems to enhance operational efficiency and scalability.
- Leverage AI technology for automation to optimize workflows
- Technical Experience
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or higher degree in a related technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Electrical, Electronics Engineering) or equivalent hardware/software engineering experience.
- Over 5-8 years of project management experience in software, networking, web, cloud, or mobility environments, demonstrating consistent on-time delivery of complex programs.
- Proven expertise in business operations management with strong client-facing and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Deep understanding of software development lifecycles and Agile project management methodologies.
- Extensive hands-on experience using key reporting and program management tools, including:
- Jira and Confluence for issue tracking, project documentation, and Agile workflow management.
- Tableau for data visualization and operational reporting.
- Trello and Monday.com for task management, project tracking, and collaboration.
- Microsoft SharePoint, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for document management, data analysis, and presentations.
- Skilled at navigating rapid changes and ambiguity by applying critical thinking and adaptive problem-solving.
- Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and relationship-building abilities, enabling effective engagement with senior executives, technical teams, and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven track record of building and leading motivated, collaborative teams, including remote members.
- Experienced in designing and implementing customer support models with stakeholder buy-in.
- Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines while remaining flexible to evolving business and technical demands.
- Comfortably operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with a strong capacity to adapt and independently develop solutions that drive positive customer outcomes.
- Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and relationship-building abilities, enabling effective engagement with senior executives, technical teams, and non-technical stakeholders.
