Title: Project Manager
Location: Remote
Duration: 6+ Months
Work Schedule: Must work - 8-5 CST hours
Job Details:
Manages one or more high-level, complex projects within the constraints of scope, quality, time, and cost, to deliver specified requirements. Projects may be strategic in nature. Responsibilities may include resource allocation and all phases of development life cycle (i.e. feasibility study, requirements, analysis, ROI, business plan, design, testing, and implementation planning). Regularly interacts with management. Coordinates the activities of project team members, some of which may be cross-functional. Ensures all project requirements and/or objectives are documented.
Skills: expertise in running medium to large scale projects; excellent understanding of project management processes and procedures; experience with project management and analyst methodologies and best practices; strong analytical skills; business process development best practices, change management; strong MS Project, MS Word, Visio, MS PowerPoint and MS Excel skills; understanding of systems for sharing and collaboration (MS Teams); excellent communication skills to work with cross-program resources

Day to Day Responsibilities:
- Clear planning, coordinating, and tracking of project workstream activities
- Early and continuous communication within team of upcoming activity / milestone deadlines
- Escalation of risks or activities trending off-track
- Status updates as needed
Top 3 Must Have Skills:
- Project / program management especially involving business use of systems / software
- Use of tools for planning, coordinating, and tracking
- ERP implementation (master data preferred)
Ideal Candidate:
- Minimum 5 YOE+, ERP implementation experience (SAP to SAP4Hana)
- Doctorate degree or Masters degree and 2 years of experience or
- Bachelors degree and 4 years of experience or
- Associates degree and 8 years of experience or
- High school diploma / GED and 10 years of experience
