Description:
  • We are seeking a motivated Contingent Worker to support an AI Data Acquisition team. This role is critical in driving project execution, managing trackers, and facilitating collaboration with internal and external partners, including researchers.
  • The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with sensitive data and partnership requirements.
Key Responsibilities:

Project Tracking & Management
  • Create, monitor and update project trackers to ensure timely completion of deliverables across the team.
  • Coordinate with team members to gather status updates and identify blockers.
  • Build, maintain, and optimize tracking tools (e.g., spreadsheets, dashboards) for project progress and action items.
Reporting & Documentation
  • Generate regular reports based on tracker data for leadership and stakeholders.
  • Document project milestones, action items, and follow-ups in a clear and organized manner.
Partner Onboarding & Engagement
  • Support onboarding processes for new partners, including researchers and external collaborators.
  • Ensure all necessary documentation (e.g., NDAs, compliance forms) is completed and tracked.
  • Facilitate communication and engagement with partners, following up on action items and deliverables.
NDA Management
  • Process and track NDA status and ensure compliance with internal policies.
  • Follow up with relevant parties to ensure timely completion and renewal of NDAs.
Collaboration & Follow-Up
  • Engage with XFN partners to drive completion of assigned tasks and action items.
  • Proactively follow up on outstanding items and escalate issues as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Experience with project tracking, reporting, and documentation (preferably in a tech or research environment).
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with tracking tools (e.g., Google Sheets, Excel, project management software).
  • Ability to handle sensitive information and manage compliance-related documentation.
  • Experience working with external partners or researchers is a plus.
  • Familiarity with AI, AI tooling, data sourcing, or partnership management preferred.
