REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of experience in utility operations, familiarity with material handling, and safety first experience and culture
- 2-5 Years of Experience.
- Must have strong knowledge of MS Project, Visio, Excel, Word.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills are required.
Responsibility
- This project coordinator resource will be used to support multiple initiatives at Maintenance and Operations including its Voluntary Protection Program (VPP) and its materials and inventory within the Dance Hall.
- This resource will coordinate VPP projects to advance the safety culture and awareness, collaborating with the VPP PM and leadership.
- They will also support recent audit findings related to inventory and materials at the yard by performing an initial inventory of materials located in the Dance Hall and creating a process to maintain the inventory.
- Looking for someone with Strong oral and written communication skills; ability to work with represented employees; detail oriented / organizational skills
- Provides the project manager support and assistance in scheduling meetings, documentation, updating project documents, communication and training.
- Updates the project plan.
- Assists in information collection and validations.
- Helps prepare status reports and presentations.
