Job Responsibilities
- Support engagement activities and workshops through content and materials development
- Support detailed reporting, excel spreadsheet development and maintenance
- Engage with a variety of stakeholders in the Projects organization and build relationships to deliver on key objectives
- Collect, review, and analyze quantitative and qualitative data to measure progress of initiatives and impact through strategic synthesis, including the development of dashboards and performance indicators through Power BI and Excel
- Coordinates, creates and maintains electronic files and team sites (in SharePoint), including granting and maintaining access and permissions.
- Logistics and coordination of key events for engagement activities
- Preparation of meeting materials, presentations, and workshop support activities
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams across the Projects organization to design, implement, and facilitate engagements from conception through completion in support of strategic focus areas, including capability development (workshops, lunch and learns, etc.)
- Coordinate all planning, logistics, facilitation, and content development for engagement events, including presentations, SharePoint content, and digital communications
Must have
- A university degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, Communications, or a related field.
- Effective and professional communication both verbal and written with ability to communicate with all levels within the organization.
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
- Strong in Excel and Power BI.
- Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently.
- Effective time management and organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Strong computer skills and experience using MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook,).
- Preferred but not required to have experience in web development, content development, SharePoint, & Power Automate
- You bring experience in roles focused on engagement, organizational effectiveness, or strategic facilitation.
- You are a strong communicator -both written and verbal -with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- You are organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in working with Microsoft Copilot.
