Job Title: Production Technician - Conversion
Location: Indianapolis, Indiana, 46256
Duration: 12 months Assignment
Schedule:
1st Shift: 6:30 am-3:00 pm M-Fri and Saturday & Sunday required if we don't hit the weekly target, voluntary otherwise
2nd Shift: 2:30 pm-11:00 pm, Mon to Fri, 7 days a week (voluntary)

Roles and Responsibilities
- Has a key responsibility in supporting manufacturing operations for diabetic testing strips.
- Sets up and operates a variety of automatic or semi-automatic machines used in the production of testing strips.
- Works from process sheets or written/verbal instructions given by the supervisor to perform production tasks.
- Checks and inspects operations against predetermined tolerances.
- Provides support to an area, person or program. Interfaces with internal customers.
- Performs semi-routine support of duties of a specialized area nature within an assigned area.
- Generally assigned more complex and difficult tasks.
- Responsible for maintaining and continuously improving the quality system and achieving quality objectives through daily actions.
